Refund policy

We want you to love what you bring home. If it's not right, you can return it.

Window: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
Condition: unused, in its original box.
Seal: the official Afidot paper seal, attached directly to the piece (not the box), must be unbroken. If you think you may want to return your piece, keep the seal intact.
Return shipping: paid by the customer.

To start a return, email hello@afidot.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund is issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged in transit? If your piece arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery at hello@afidot.com and we'll make and send you a replacement at no cost to you. No need to mail the damaged piece back; simply recycle it.

Made to order. Every Afidot piece is made for you after you order, so we can't cancel or change an order once production has started. If you need to change something, email us right away and we'll do what we can.
