Shipping

Every Afidot piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your order starts a print in our New Jersey fab lab. That's how we keep waste near zero.

• Crafting time: 3 days from the day you order
• Shipping time: 3–6 days, depending on your location
• Total delivery: your piece arrives within 6–9 days of your order
• Shipping cost: free on all orders
• Shipping area: we currently ship within the United States only

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as your piece ships.

Returns

We want you to love what you bring home. If it's not right, you can return it.

• Window: 10 days from the day you receive your order
• Condition: unused, in its original box
• Return shipping: paid by the customer

To start a return, email Hello@afidot.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund is issued to your original payment method.

Damaged in transit?

If your piece arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@afidot.com — we'll make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.
