Shipping
Every Afidot piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order starts production in our New Jersey fab lab. That's how we keep waste near zero.
- Crafting time: 3 business days for standard pieces, 5 business days for limited-edition pieces
- Shipping time: 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location
- Total delivery: most orders arrive within 6 to 9 business days of your order; limited-edition pieces can take up to 11
- Shipping cost: free on all orders
- Shipping area: we currently ship within the United States only
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as your piece ships. Because each piece is made for you, orders can't be changed or cancelled once production has started.
Returns
We want you to love what you bring home. If it's not right, you can return it.
- Window: 30 days from the day you receive your order
- Condition: unused, in its original box
- Seal: the official Afidot paper seal, attached directly to the piece (not the box), must be unbroken. If you think you may want to return your piece, keep the seal intact
- Return shipping: paid by the customer
To start a return, email hello@afidot.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
Damaged in transit?
If your piece arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery at hello@afidot.com and we'll make and send you a replacement at no cost to you. No need to mail the damaged piece back; simply recycle it.
